SUMMARY : The Student Flight Scheduler is responsible for scheduling students flight lab lessons. They are responsible for ensuring maximized efficiency of human and aircraft utilization without compromising safety. 

 

The Student Flight Scheduler must uphold the philosophy and mission of the University while instilling a positive and progressive attitude in all employees.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to the following:

 

COMPLIANCE:  

• Responsible for compliance with all local, state, accreditation, and federal regulations

• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and security of campus files, documents, and reports.

• Ensure and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Responsible for complete and accurate timekeeping.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally.
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling flight training activities for student progression.
• Keeping accurate records of scheduled lessons.
• Coordinates students’ progressive lessons with instructor, students, and maintenance availabilities and needs.

• Other duties as assigned.
