In this role, you will orchestrate the development of hardware and software systems through the entire lifecycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on cyber domain aspects of larger systems, risk or opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction. You Have: 5+ years of experience developing, integrating, testing, or sustaining software systemsExperience developing software using programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C#, or C++Experience integrating software with APIs, databases, messaging systems, or external servicesExperience using source control systems such as Git in collaborative development environmentsExperience troubleshooting software defects and performance issues in Linux-based environmentsExperience gathering technical requirements and translating them into software solutionsExperience supporting software development lifecycle activities, including design, implementation, testing, and deploymentAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a STEM fieldNice If You Have: Experience supporting Department of War, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission environmentsExperience building web applications, dashboards, or mission support toolsExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworksExperience with cloud-native architectures and microservicesExperience supporting DT&E or operational test environmentsExperience developing tools for modeling, simulation, cyber operations, or mission planningClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
