Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic training initiatives and materials to enhance brand alignment and product adoption Deliver targeted training sessions for TPO clients, including onboarding and product webinars, with live facilitation as a core duty Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain instructional resources and analyze training metrics for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Minimum five years of experience as a mortgage industry trainer, focusing on structural design and live webinar training Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines with high attention to detail Experience applying instructional design best practices and creating engaging learning materials Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and produce detailed instructional materials Certification from talent and training or mortgage banking associations is a plus
